Advanced Anti Spy has ability to check for new versions issue in background. Once Advanced Anti Spy is loaded at system startup, it connects to product web site to download information file. If new program version is available for download, Advanced Anti Spy will inform you.

To know about new version issue on-the-fly you have to:

open Advanced Anti Spy window;

click to Options menu and choose Preferences item;

enable Check for new program versions at startup option.
