E-mails Delivery
All Advanced Email Monitoring captured emails can be delivered either to specified email account or to local disk folder.
To: allows to specify email address of account where all captured emails will be delivered to.
From: allows to specify senders emails address.
SMTP server allows to specify SMTP mail server which will be used to deliver captured emails.
For your information
If you don't know exactly what SMTP mail server is appropriated for your specified email address, you can use special web-based on-line tool for that. Just enter your email address within this on-line form to get appropriated SMTP mail server (or list of servers).
Advanced allows to specify authentication method (if it's needed of course) for
your specified SMTP mail server.
Test delivery allows to verify correctness of your specified email addresses and
SMTP mail server. You have to receive SUCCESSFUL message and test email on your
specified email address if all emails delivery settings are correct.
Local folder
Allows to specify local disk folder where all captured emails will be saved to. This delivery
method is appropriated when you need to keep all captured emails on the same computer where
Advanced Email Monitoring is installed.
Browse... allows to choose existing folder of local disk.
Delivery time
Every MM min allows to specify time interval so Advanced Email Monitoring will deliver
captured emails after every such interval.
Daily at HH:MM allows to specify time so Advanced Email Monitoring will delivery captured
emails daily at specified time only.
